In this six-week yoga series, we will use Audre Lordes words as an instructional text, philosophical guide, and mantra to explore our deepest, intuitive and creative intelligence that we can use to transform ourselves and the world around us.

About Mina:

I identify as a troublemaker, ritualist, teacher, conjurer, and Spirit seeker. I am a child of the Nigerian Diaspora, raised in the American South. My mission is to pick up and carry the work started generations before me to liberate myself and my lineage. To contribute to the evolution of humankind. To reconcile the world as it is with the world as it should be.

I use yoga as medicine to create and hold space for changemakers, visionaries, and fellow troublemakers to heal and fortify our spirits; to call on our collective and ancestral power to manifest what we desire in the world; to be receptive to divine transmission and wisdom from Spirit; and to gain spiritual, mental, and energetic clarity that we can use to move with intention, integrity, and highest resonance in the work we do.
