The Iberian Peninsula is producing some amazing cheeses of various styles. In this educational event you will have a chance to learn about some the the cheeses and the producers behind them. We will have a guest speaker from Forever Cheese, who helps get these tasty products imported into the US.
Come with questions and curious tastebuds!
Cheese and bread will be provided, along with some slivers of pizza.
