Dana Moret & Mr. December is a hard hitting, soulful, funk/rock band out of Sacramento, Ca.
With a unique take on some of your forgotten favorites and a diverse selection of original tunes, Mr. D doesn't ever stay in one genre. Complete with a notable guitar section and a set of horns that sets any dance floor on fire, this band is host to some of Northern California's most experienced musicians. Fronted by veteran Sacramento vocalist Dana Moret, the band has shared the stage with award winning acts like LOS LOBOS, PABLO CRUISE, FRANK HANNON and LYDIA PENSE & COLD BLOOD, with special appearances by the principal members of the bands stopping in on a show or two a year as well.
Twice nominated for the SAMMIE for best local blues band, Dana Moret & Mr. December take the audience to a reminiscent funk soul party that just gets better as the night goes on!
Outlaw Trail's founding member, Rich Ayres has a long history of live performances, songwriting and music production. Rich has co-written and recorded many songs with many legendary musicians including Doobie Brothers drummer Michael Hossack, CSN&Y drummer, Johnny Barbata and countless more. Rich has also produced highly acclaimed acts which include Lydia Pense & Cold Blood, Mic Gillette from Tower of Power, and many more.
In 1999, Rich joined Northern California Southern Rock band "Savannah Blue" and was a mainstay in their lineup until 2007 when he left due to demands to do music production full time.
In 2015, Rich returned to "Savannah Blue" and brought lead singers, Amy Ayres and Johnny "D" Delucia to the lineup.
In late 2018, former "Savannah Blue" members, Rich Ayres, Johnny Delucia, Amy Ayres and founding "Savannah Blue member, Dean Fisher joined forces with Brad Schultz, Barry Prior, Peter Richardson, Kevin Seymour and Paul Farman to complete the incredibly powerful Southern Rock Band, "Outlaw Trail".
With 2 drummers, 3 lead guitar players and impeccable 4 part harmonies, Outlaw Trail is instantly getting regional recognition in both capturing the sounds and spirit of Southern Rock icons like, Allman Brothers, Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Outlaws, Blackfoot and Marshall Tucker Band, but also with their original material as well.
Outlaw Trail is ready to deliver a level of quality and horsepower that will take the audience back to a time when music and musicianship was at a pinnacle!
