Into the Woods
Piedmont High School presents the musical Into the Woods January 30 - February 2, 2020. In this Tony award winning show, James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim take everyone's favorite storybook characters and brings them together for a timeless, yet relevant, piece ... and a rare modern classic. One of Sondheim's most popular works, Into the Woods is a musically sophisticated show as well as a dark comedy. Over 50 students from PHS and Millennium High School are involved in the production. All performances take place in Lisser Hall, on the Mills College Campus, 5000 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland. There are 4 Performances: 7:30PM on Thurs. Jan. 30, Fri. Jan. 31, and Sat.
