THE PIANO LESSON by August Wilson -- Directed and Designed by Lewis Campbell
Down South Sutter has died and Boy Willie wants to make the farming land his own. Berniece, Boy Willie's sister in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, is against selling the family piano because it is a valuable heirloom. The play becomes a ghost story when the ghost of Sutter appears to Berniece, calling Boy Willie's name.
Performances are at the Phoenix Theater - 414 Mason Street in the San Francisco theater district.
