Tweezer Burn
Tweezer Burn looks at the decade ahead with excitement, dread, and possibility. What should we take with us and what should we leave behind? Where do we store the crumbs? What are we faking and how can we fake it even harder? Tweezer Burn brings together a trio of dynamically strange performers, a cabinet full of curious hand-tools, a library of theatrical styles, and plenty of secrets. There will be gloves, there will be solvents, and by the end of the run there wont be any art left. Tweezer Burn is performed in the back of a craft distillery-slash-bar, so come early and/or stay late!
Featuring a visual world and human-sized wooden apparatuses designed by Max Hoaglund. Featuring vivid lighting design by Valerie Oliveiro. Featuring donated visual art (in a performance?!) by Preston Drum, Nancy Julia Hicks, Hallie Bahn, Emma Beatrez, Brian Hart, Shirin Ghoraishi, Heather Lamanno, Lee Noble, Nora Speakerman, Zoe Cinel, Jamie Kubat, Max Hoaglund, and Heather McKenzie.

Toot is a whirlwind of collaborators and performances led by Eric Larson. Toot considers overlooked energies of contemporary life by making work about how we think, how we are influenced, and how conventions shape our perceptions of each other.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Minnesota State Arts Board and the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
