Dr. Cathy Kim received her medical degree from UCLA School of Medicine, and after completing her family medicine residency training at MetroHealth, she practiced conventional primary care medicine on the East Coast and in Southern California for over 20 years, including prenatal, newborn, pediatric and urgent care. Dr. Kim gradually developed a more root-cause approach for addressing patients' medical problems, and using her knowledge of body mechanics and organ systems to understand pain and other chronic conditions, she founded Integrative Body Medicine (IBM). In her consultation practice, she provides insights and education to help patients learn how to heal themselves with clean nutrition and practical exercises.
