The Gottabees: "Go Home Tiny Monster"
One day, Sylvie and her family of handmade creatures suddenly find themselves in need of a new home. Luckily, they have an audience full of people who can help them out.
"Go Home Tiny Monster" features The Gottabees trademark mix of puppetry, joyously absurd silliness, physical theater, live music, and surprising poignancy. This unique show was inspired by true events -- four members of The Gottabees were displaced from their homes* (two by fire and two by weather-related damage), and this show attempts to make sense of our shared experiences. *they all live in wonderful homes now!
"Go Home Tiny Monster" is a touchingly absurd story about family, home, and a gaggle of wacky monsters created & performed by The Gottabees!
Recommended Audience: ages 3 & up 45 min performance with live music
Funded in part by the New England States Touring program of the New England Foundation for the Arts, made possible with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts Regional Touring Program and the six New England state arts agencies.
