Evergreen Band Booster Pasta, Pesto and Jazz Gala
Come join the Evergreen Band for a night of Pasta, Pesto and Jazz on Saturday, January 25, 2020 and help us raise money for the band's concert tour to California in May 2020.
Enjoy an evening of fresh pasta (made by the EHS Culinary Arts program) and jazz music performed by the Evergreen Jazz Band. As a special treat, the West Seattle Big Band will also perform!
We will have raffles, photo booths, and a silent auction. Our theme is "Big Band" so feel free to bring out your zoot suits and swing dresses!
A four-course, restaurant-quality menu has been specially designed for this event:
Artisanal breads
Seasonal salad
Choice of pasta: Pesto Primavera (vegetarian), Chicken
Alfredo Roulade, Italian Sausage Lasagna
Bananas Foster cream puff
