Kamayan feast is a traditional Filipino family-style dining experience. The word "Kamayan" literally means to eat with your hands. This bountiful traditional Filipino feast is served family-style and dinner is served on top of banana leaves that cover the table, on a bed of rice. All of the traditional dishes will be decoratively placed for everyone to share. There will be no plates and no utensils. Your dinner will be really "hands on".

The menu features Longanisa cured pork sausage, Tocino sweet garlic pork, Lumpia - Filipino style fried spring rolls, Chicken Adobo tradition Filipino braise, deep-fried whole tilapias, roasted crabs, fried shrimp, garlic fried rice, white rice, hard-boiled eggs, seasonal fruits, cooked vegetables, and dessert.
Chef Matt will briefly talk about the Kamayan feast, the Filipino food dining experience, and the traditions of the food event.
