"Marshall" Mobile Jewish Film Festival
The University of South Alabama in the Laidlaw Center for the Performing Arts. Monday, January 20th at 7:00, we honor MLK Day with the film, Marshall. A young Thurgood Marshall travels to Connecticut to defend a young black man accused of sexual assault. He is forced to join forces with a local Jewish lawyer as they contend with racist and anti-Semitic views. David Meola will lead a post-film discussion.
