Black August 5K Run for Freedom
Join Us on Sunday, August 25, 2013 to kick off the 2nd Annual Black August 5K Run for Freedom, sponsored by RBG Fit Club's Million Miles Movement, FTP Movement and Habesha, to promote health and fitness with a cause. It's not a race, all ages are welcome and you could run, jog or walk.
Meet-up for run and onsite registration will be 8 am at Habesha Gardens (Dunbar Center) 477 Windsor Street Southwest, Atlanta, GA 30312.
All participants must pre-register to guarantee t-shirt size and availability.
Registration* is $25 in which you will receive a t-shirt and other gifts. Please provide your t-shirt size with payment. Payments can be made via Paypal at blackaugustweekend@gmail.com.
Rules & Regulations:
1. Entry fees are non-refundable.
2. No-shows will not be mailed their run shirts.
3. Headphones (ipods, mp3 players, CDs, tape walkmans, personal radios, etc.) are encouraged.
4. Roller/in-line skates, pets, etc. are prohibited.
5. An adult must accompany small children.
