Barry Nisbet and the Rattled Rig Band
Barry Nisbet brings his band to the Dundee Acoustic Music Club. Shetland Singer, songwriter, fiddler, sailor, catalyst and founding member of the Dundee Acoustic Music Club. Barry brings his collection of songs and tunes to the club for our special pre Christmas highlight. Having helped the formation of the club Barry has since the clubs formation, amongst other things, worked on rigging film sets in Hungary, re-rigged the Cutty Sark in London , - not single handed - set up the wonderful sessions and sail project where it is possible to join the crew of the Lady of Anavel and mix sailing with music. Touring with the French based band Tildon Krautz combined with the recording and release of his CD. It is a delight to manage to entice Barry back to Dundee with his band to once again help the club to end another year of concerts in grand style!
