Coming to you from 1881 on the Time Ship Simultaneous, utilizing highly scientific improvised comedy techniques fresh from the Continent..
you will no doubt encounter these intrepid aethernauts telling the stories of their travels through time, demonstrating their fantastical aetheric gadgetry, giving advice about how to prepare for various supernatural threats or protecting the public from such threats as mad scientists, vampires and the animate dead. Looking good whilst covered in all manner of gore, the Brigade protects and educates with due Victorian diligence.
