Art Lecture Series: The Art of the West
Wednesdays, Feb. 12, 19 & 26 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
Join Roy Ritchie, senior research associate at The Huntington, for a series of lectures that examine a number of themes in the art of the West. The American West, with its vast plains and towering mountains, has caught the public imagination for generations. Artists were among the first adventurers to explore its wonders, and they helped define the West and introduce it to the nation.
Class is held in Haaga Hall. Visit any admission window for directions to Haaga Hall for check-in at 9:45 a.m.
Registration is not available day of the event. To be added to a wait list, call 626-405-3457. Refunds require 5-day cancellation notification.
