Democrats Abroad Film Series 'The Biggest Little Farm'
In honor of Earth Day coming up, we offer this film as a record of a bold experiment to replenish the earth literally and start a sustainable farm. Seven years ago, John and Molly Chester left their comfortable urban lives to start a farm from scratch, using traditional methods: soil replenishment, cover crops, zero pesticides, diverse fruits and vegetables and a variety of animals. The film is profound, intimate and entertaining. 92 minutes.
