Q&A

Question: Is it possible to pay at the door and save the service charge? Also, is there access to an elevator, since one attendee has physical impairments that make stairs difficult? Lastly, will the agents accept submissions from the attendees?
Answer: Hi There, There is access to an elevator. Just make sure that you tell us you need the elevator when you arrive. I would reserve your ticket now. It will be a full house, and I can't guarantee that you will get a spot if you don't pre-purchase your ticket. Also, I would not bring your submission with you. It is a panel. Have a short pitch and go up to the agent and ask if you can send it to her. You want to make a good impression and not come on too strong. You can always follow up with a query letter later. This is a panel, not a class. Marilyn
