WHAT IS IT?

It's a long weekend in Cornwall at a lovely retreat on farm retreat. There are some converted barns and I thought it would be the perfect place to get a few people together for a joyful weekend of improvising & retreating.

WHEN IS IT?

Arrival: Friday 06 March 2020 - between 4-6pm
Depart: Monday 09 March 2020 - by 12pm

WHO'S GOING?

It's going to be a small (bijou) group. So there are places for just 12 people in total (and me).

HOW DO I GET THERE?

Trains from London to Saltash are around £80 return if you book soon.
Or you could club together in a car with a few friends for a ROAD TRIP!
Whatever it takes, just make sure you get yourself there for between 4-6pm on Friday 6th March.

WHAT WILL WE DO THERE?
Aside from doing around 12 hours of Improvisation, we can make use of the things to do onsite like: the jacuzzis, the outdoor fire pit, the tennis court, the games room, the indoor log fires, the meditation well etc..
And there's lush forest and the sea nearby for lovely nature walks too. I've also attached a rough schedule of the days.

WHERE WILL WE SLEEP?

There are three barns with bedrooms and bathrooms in. Each room will be made up to have 2 x single beds, so you'll be sharing a room. More info on what the rooms look like on the website here: www.lowermarshfarm.com

WHAT WILL WE EAT?

The food is all included! What? I know! They can also cater to dietary requirements too. So we will all get 3 meals as well as morning and afternoon tea refreshments. Hurrah!
(Note: We'll have to bring our own booze...)

HOW MUCH IS IT?

It is 2 x payments of £197.50 = £395 in total.

The second instalment will be due until the February 1st.
