SMOKE + STRETCH
Smoke + Stretch is a guided meditation and yoga series with Women.Weed.WiFi. In the first half of the class we will discuss working with your shadow and light, as well as go over different herbs and tools to assist your personal meditation practice. The first section ends with a guided group meditation, and the second half of class will be a grounding yoga routine.
Smoke + Stretch was created in 2016 as a holistic healing alternative to expensive spas, gyms, and services for BIWOC. This Smoke + Stretch is open to womxn / femmes.
Participants will receive a gift bag with tools to assist personal and holistic wellness!
