Day of Mindfulness
No Mud No Lotus - Transforming Our Difficulties
Led by Plum Village UK Dharma Teacher Murray Corke
Featuring sitting, walking and guided meditations, deep relaxation, a talk by Murray, dharma sharing groups, and a mindful lunch.
Suitable for those with some meditation experience or familiar with practice in Thich Nhat Hanh's tradition.

This goes towards cost of venue and meals only.
There will be an opportunity to offer dana (a donation) to the teacher at the end for those that wish to.
ARRIVING AND LEAVING
Please arrive between 9.30 - 9.45 AM for a 10AM start.
Arriving after 10 will mean waiting in reception for the next break in the session.
We end at 5PM.
From 5-6PM there will be tea and socialising if you can stay a little longer.
