This class is intended for those already familiar with the CSA model and ready to dive into planning their CSA business. We will not tour our farm or discuss our farm's history in any depth (sign up for the beginning CSA class if interested!), but instead work together to create a farm business plan, discuss the nuts and bolts of CSA administration (from crop planning to drop sites), explore marketing strategies for finding members, and build out the logistics of your CSA farm. This will be an interactive class. Adults only.
A free copy of Renewing the Countryside: WISCONSIN will be given away to every family, couple and/or household registered for a particular workshop (a $26.95 value); the free book giveaway is limited to one copy per residential address of attendees.
