Learn all about scotch. After taking this class, you will be well-versed in the role of peat, chill filtration, Scotlands whisky making regions, how to nose and taste, evaluation and even how to pronounce Gaelic words.

To register for any class, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Nicole at nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc. Or you are free to transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc with the name of your substitute.
