The St. Louis County Library Foundation Presents An Evening with Pulitzer Prize-Winning Investigative Journalists Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn Authors of "Tightrope: Americans Reaching for Hope"
Friday, January 24, 7:00 pm (Doors open at 6:00 pm) St. Louis County Library Headquarters - Main Reading Room 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
INDIVIDUAL TICKET $30 (Admits ONE and includes one copy of "Tightrope") OR PACKAGE TICKET $35 (Admits TWO and includes one copy of "Tightrope") **A book signing will follow the presentation.
Acclaimed authors of the international bestseller "Half the Sky," Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn are the first husband-wife team to share a Pulitzer Prize for Journalism. In their latest masterpiece of investigative reporting, Kristof and WuDunn issue a plea to address the crisis in working-class America, while focusing on solutions to mend a half century of governmental failure. Deeply personal and told through the life stories of real Americans, "Tightrope" is a riveting picture of the daily struggles of working-class families.
