Winter Dance Projects presents Love Ethic: A Studio Showing
About Winter Dance Projects (WDP)
Winter Dance Projects is based in Jacksonville, FL and directed by Winter Bosanko. WDP creates and collaborates with other artists to bring art and dance to the community.
We invite you to attend a Works-In-Progress studio showing of our current work, Love Ethic. This performance will present Winter's research with her dancers on the Ethic of Care and their findings on the intersection of love and empathy as a way to create dialogue and facilitate change. Be prepared for an evening of interaction and community. In the spirit of care, half of the proceeds will go to local organization I Still Matter. I Still Matter is a group of individuals who believe in the healing power of art and "strive to provide opportunities for individuals living with mental health challenges by providing a space for community involvement, opportunities to serve others through volunteerism, self-advocacy, peer support, and providing resources."
