Foothill Conservancy is excited to announce the return of John McCutcheon for a benefit concert in the beautiful Bret Harte Theater in Angels Camp.
John McCutcheon is one of the most respected and loved folksingers. As an instrumentalist, he is a master of a dozen different traditional instruments, most notably the rare and beautiful hammer dulcimer. His songwriting has been hailed by critics and singers around the globe. His thirty recordings have garnered every imaginable honor including seven Grammy nominations. He has produced over twenty albums of other artists, from traditional fiddlers to contemporary singer-songwriters to educational and documentary works. His books and instructional materials have introduced budding players to the joys of their own musicality.
Advance ticket prices are $30 adults, $15 children. A limited amount of tickets will be $35/$20 at the door.
Foothill Conservancy is a community-based environmental nonprofit organization working in Amador and Calaveras counties to protect our lands, rivers and forests for current and future generations.
