Guided Sound Journey Meditation- Sponsored by Om Point Healing
Gather to join certified therapeutic musician Nina Vecchi along with her
husband Yogi Mike for a session of deep relaxation and restoration. We
will start the evening with a guided journey accompanied by the soothing
sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls. Then experience the shimmering
sounds of gongs to release and reset. Please bring floor props
(blankets, pillows, yoga mats). Chairs are available. Arrive early to
settle in. Class will start promptly at 3:30PM.
