Making Space to Write in 2020 (90 minutes; up to 25 people)
Description: Join author Nicole Gulotta for an encouraging workshop offering rituals and routines designed to support your writing practice in the year ahead. Well begin by looking back at 2019identifying the places you made progress and how youd like to growbefore brainstorming (and pruning) your list of ideas for 2020. Finally, youll have the opportunity to discover your margins by tackling your schedule and making choices that will help make space for your writing to thrive. Handout included!
Tickets include a copy of Nicole's book WILD WORDS.
Attendees will be sent a pre-event email detailing what supplies they should bring to the workshop.
This workshop is recommended for ages 18+.
Author Bio: NICOLE GULOTTA is the author of Wild Words: Rituals, Routines, and Rhythms for Braving the Writers Path and Eat This Poem: A Literary Feast of Recipes Inspired by Poetry. As the founder of the Wild Words community, she helps writers embrace the season theyre in, create at their own pace, and care for their minds and bodies along the way. Nicole holds an MFA in poetry from Vermont College of Fine Arts and her work has been featured in Life & Thyme, LitHub, The Write Life, Motherly, Fathom, and others.
