Join us at Chaval for a dinner celebrating the unique wines Karen Ulrich of T. Edward Wines and Spirits has selected from her recent trip to Spain
Our Chefs Damian and Ilma will be creating a five-course menu thoughtfully coupled with each selection. The menu will be seasonally inspired with flavors from each region of the wines origins. Karen will be our guests' guide to each pairing, discussing the wines characteristics and the creative, talented winemakers behind them.
