DAMC Presents The Horsenecks
Here for their third visit to the Dundee Acoustic Music Club The Horsenecks need little introduction. Their superbly executed blend of Old Time, Bluegrass and Old Country tunes and songs and their engaging stage presence have made them a firm favourite with us. Their core members are Barry Southern from Liverpool expertly taking on the duties of Guitarist, Banjo player and occasional Fiddle player and Gabrielle Macrae, a native of Portland Oregon she had already made a name for herself playing with her sister as The Macrae Sisters. She fell in love with the music of The Foghorn Stringband as a youngster and she hasn't looked back - her fiddling, singing and beautiful songwriting are not to be missed.
