A Christmas Memory! Live at the Howland!
The Howland Cultural Center, Beacon's unparalleled arts and entertainment venue, now celebrating its 40th Anniversary of bring the arts and culture to Beacon and the Hudson Valley, is pleased to present Fort Beacon's production of Truman Capote's A Christmas Story, a lovely little reading by Scott Ramsey, directed by Barry Hoff.
This heartwarming, all-American, short-story memoir is a loving remembrance of Capote's childhood relationship his elderly, eccentric cousin and best friend, Sook, and their adventures surrounding holiday rituals in rural Alabama.
Tickets in advance: $10 at christmasmemory.bpt.me; at the door. $15.
