Chocolate and Beer Pairing with local GABF medal winning beers & So Rich Chocolates
Please join us on Saturday November 9th for a night of award winning Great American Beer Festival beers paired with the delectable delights of So Rich Chocolates!
The fun will begin at 7:00pm. You will be given a flight of 4-5 beers from 4-5 different Local GABF award winning breweries that have been perfectly paired with a flight of chocolates.
Food pairing is an art and Johna Nilson - known to many as "The Chocolate Lady" - is a true artist. Her hand-dipped fine chocolates are made to specifically pair with wine and beer and have been elevating palates throughout Southern California for over 20 years!
Conducting the pairing and filling you in on all the beer notes is our very own Alex Peterson. Known by most for the many years he spent slanging beers for The Lost Abbey, he is now our resident beer aficionado and and will help you experience the beer in a whole new way by bringing subtle flavors for each pairing to the forefront of your pallet!
