Kirtan concert and veggie potluck - end of season in Southampton

celebrate the end of the summer season in the Hamptons with a yoga concert, Kirtan and veggie potluck.
acclaimed Kirtan and Yoga musician Wynne Paris will be headlining a Hurricane Sandy benefit concert at St Johns Episcopal church in Southampton New York.
catch the end of the Hamptons summer season with a blissful evening of yoga music , chanting and dancing with Wynne and friends.
The event will start with a potluck at 7pm, music starts at 8pm. Proceeds from the concert will go to the Hamptons Hurricane Relief Fund, an organization founded by Romi Sloan and Kym Smith.

Westhamtpon Beach's fave yoga studio, Hamptons Yoga Healing Arts , as well as other local yoga centers, will be co-sponsoring the event.
about the artist:
Wynne Paris has been immersed in yoga music since 1994. He plays Sarod , harmonium, guitar and percussion.
As a singer and a storyteller, his goal is to bring the listener into a deep 'Bhava' or divine mood.
Wynne has spent years touring and performing yoga music and has recorded with some of Yoga's best known artists. In 1998, he was featured on Kirtan pioneer Krishna Das's groundbreaking recording Pilgrim Heart. He has also performed and recorded with Guru Ganesha Singh, Gaura Vani, Donna DeLory, Dave Stringer and many other Kirtan artists.
Wynne has recorded 4 of his own cd's, which featured well known mainstream artists including Rick Allen ( Def Leppard), JT Thomas ( Bruce Hornsby band), Tony Levin, Badal Roy ( Miles Davis) and members of bands like the Spin Doctors, India.Arie, Ratdog and more.
