Have you ever been to a restaurant and ordered the cheese slate? How did it look and taste? Well at this barnyard event you get to experience some of the best cheesemongers in the nyc metro plate a slate for your eating enjoyment. Participating cheesemongers will be assigned a cheese and a slate to work with. They will then bring what ever they think is appropriate to plate the slate and make that cheese taste great.
