Wood Oven Pizza Workshop

Wood Oven Pizza Workshop 11am-1pm $50 each adult $15 each child
Join Kathy Oberman & Carl McNair for a workshop in pizza-making and focaccia-making using our new Mugnaini wood-burning outdoor oven. We will make the dough and then go outside to bake the pizzas in the oven. We'll enjoy our pizzas back in the kitchen, and everyone will go home with something to take home. Please come dressed for the weather and kitchen and bring along your appetite.
Kathy Oberman is a Westport resident, WTF committee member and WTF house instructor. She is a graduate of both The New School's Master in Culinary Arts & CIA Food Styling programs as well as a TV producer, food stylist, caterer/chef and has worked for Paul Newman and Martha Stewart. She is a member of the New York Women's Culinary Alliance, Westport Garden Club and the Herb Society of America.
Carl is a Graduate of Peter Kumps New York Cooking School, a predecessor to the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. He created with Julie Beitman the popular WTF program on Tapping and Making Maple Syrup. Well known for his Authentic Southern BBQ Catering and popular Auction item for many charities in Westport and Fairfield County, he is currently the WTF Woof Fired Oven Chef.
