Limerence (2019)
An anxious, isolated film projectionist becomes obsessed with a stranger, and falls headfirst into a terrifying fantasy.

Limerence makes its official debut on Sunday, December 8 at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago, IL.
In addition to the first showing of Limerence, the event will also feature a collection of short films from our other friends and colleagues in the Chicago independent film scenewith a particular emphasis on productions led or crewed by women, as well as complex female characters.
Doors open at 11:30am, showtime starts at 12noon.
The opening block of shorts will run for approx. 20 minutes, followed by the premiere of Limerence with a 34-minute run time.
Afterwards, producer John Klein will moderate a Q&A featuring some of the key cast and crew on the film.
Join us in the gallery space from 2-4pm for refreshments. Hang out with the filmmaking team as we celebrate our accomplishments (and kick off the start of a long festival run)!
