NYE Comedy: Big Laughs for Big Dreams to benefit the Dream, Believe & Do Scholarship Fund
The Dream, Believe & Do Scholarship Fund has been created to award High School Seniors who have shown kindness through community service & have a Goal/Dream of how they are going to make an impact after graduation. The scholarship is essay based & 40 plus hours of documented community service are requirements to apply.
We have a fun line-up..
Our lovely lady Moe Lietz will be hosting and MC to this group. Her Irish sarcastic wit and sometimes those darn bubbles that should appear over your head seem to escape through her mouth..just warning.

Next Up: Jason Spitsbergen
With a background in music and theatre, Jason is a natural on stage and keeps audiences laughing with his intelligent take on modern life and witty wordplay. Jason has performed all around Michigan, including Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle, and hosts an open mic in Grosse Pointe every Friday at the Cabbage Patch Salon.

Next up on the line-up: Teena Green
As the adult child of alien invaders, Teena learned quickly to use humor to deal with life's craziness. She uses this humor to entertain both staff and patients while working as an emergency room nurse. She describes herself as a struggling writer and mother of four children who can best be described as a reality TV show without the cameras. Teena uses the language of sarcasm to help others understand her life as a middle aged woman trying to handle her out of control, multi-cultural family.

Rounding out our line-up: Paolo Busignani
Paolo is what happens when you combine a culturally diverse family upbringing with just the right amount of dysfunction to make for some hilarious moments. More of a storyteller than a traditional standup comedian, he weaves his stories about his life and children to come full circle for a hilariously good time. The offspring of an Italian immigrant and a native Detroiter; Paolos humor hits so close to home that you think hes talking about your family. If your family was slightly off and had Italian accents.
Paolo has worked with the likes of Joe Machi, Dave Landau, and Rocky Laporte. Being very active in charities involving children, cancer research and veterans; he has performed for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, A Mission of Love, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Whether he has performed in a club, festival, small town or big city; audiences can agree on one thing. He's funny!
