An accessible, energising and strengthening vinyasa flow yoga class. Each week there will be an introduction to new postures, both to stretch and lengthen the body but also to give you some time to reset for your weekend. This morning session will focus on body and mind equally.
Class level: Open to all, including beginners.
Spring Term) Start: Monday 6 January Half Term: Week beginning Monday 10 February End: Sunday 5 April
*Please note, there will be no classes on Saturday 1st February due to a company event taking place in the building.
