Tualatin Valley Creates Annual Social Affair
Tualatin Valley Creates continues to advance in its quest to make arts and culture more accessible throughout Washington County. Join us for an evening of jubilation from 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday, November 14th at Scholls Valley Lodge. Enjoy live music and a delicious menu of savory hors d'oeuvres and refreshments from Golden Valley Brewery as we celebrate this years accomplishments and share the groundwork for next years plans.
Tualatin Valley Creates has been working hard to bridge the resources needed to support people working in the creative industries. Some of this year's efforts have included:
> Professional development workshops, in partnership with the Cities of Hillsboro and Beaverton.
> Advocacy through conversations with infrastructure development leaders.
> Strategic planning with regional stakeholders for more public art integration.
> Expanding the Communications Hub to reach larger audiences.
Thanks to collaboration efforts with key partners, we are moving toward a vision where arts and culture are more vibrant, more connected, and more equitable than ever. We're looking forward to sharing details about the exciting programs being offered this year, and whats in store for the future of the countywide effort to promote arts, culture, heritage, and the humanities.
