Playing With Dough
Three authors write about, among other things, the time they spend playing with dough. For veteran cookbook author and teacher Cynthia Lair, its about digging into the wonders and mysteries of sourdough. The lively and talented Linda Miller Nicholson creates rainbow-colored pasta that looks (almost) too good to eat. Finally, blogger and author Aran Goyoaga crafts beautiful indulgences that are gluten-free.
