GROUND - Aerial Dance
GROUND - Aerial Dance bold, physically daring, exploring deep human emotion and a poignant intimacy. Four dancers hover in stillness over the ground. They create a world of breathtaking flight and stunning images. An ever-changing world filled with personal moments and shared relationships.
Using tied climbing rope and canvas slings, GROUND, choreographed by Janet Taisey Craft and performed by Chandra Cantor, Jenny Carlson, Danielle DiVito and Tabitha Liversidge, explores Ipswich Moving Company's unique form of aerial dance that has fascinated audiences with its beauty and daring for over 25 years.
Ground performances Friday & Saturday, October 4 & 5th at 8pm at the Boston University Dance Theater, 915 Commonwealth Ave.
