Paw in the Door Annual Veteran's Day Weekend Silent Auction with Pat Colwell & the Colwell Family Singers
A Paw in the door invites you to our annual Veteran's Day Weekend silent and live auction on Saturday, November 9 from 6 - 9 pm at the Winter Street Center in beautiful Bath! Live music with Pat Colwell & the Colwell Family Singers as well as a cash bar and our famous hors d'oeuvres featuring gulf shrimp, fresh and Fried Spring Rolls from Bangkok Garden, Fresh Fruit display, meat & cheese platters, a luscious array of wraps and sandwiches, Melissa's famous meatballs, and many other delicious hot appetizers as well as Joanne's guilty pleasures desserts! Some guests say this is the best dinner in town & food is included in your ticket price and served buffet style!
The auction will feature well over 150 items of needful, whimsical & useful things and in all price ranges for you to bid on in our silent auction as well as a few select treasures in our competitive live auction!
Some of the items featured each year are paintings from local artists, photographs of Maine and its wild birds and wild life from local photographers, pottery & clay art, paper mach`e, sand stone, textiles, food items, hand turned bowls & cutting boards, gift certificates from local eateries & shops, ceramic arts, stained glass, jewelry, antiques,...you name it & we have it! If you are thinking of holiday gifts for friends & family that are hard to buy for this is a great place to find some bargains on some really unique and beautiful items!
This is a fun event to kick off the holiday season, meet some new friends, catch up with friends you haven't seen in awhile, pick up some great items for yourself or gifts AND donate to A Paw in the Door all by having a fun night out!
