THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE
SATE presents Deborah Breevoorts THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE. Written in the structure of a Greek Tragedy, THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE examines the crash of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. The story follows, Madeline, a mother from New Jersey searching the hills of Lockerbie for her sons remains. She encounters the women of Lockerbie, who are struggling against the U.S. government to get the clothing of the victims found in the planes wreckage. The women, determined to convert an act of hatred into an act of love, want to wash the clothes and return them to the victims families.
THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE runs November 6-23(Wednesdays-Saturdays) at 8:00pm, at The Chapel, 6238 Alexander Drive, St Louis, MO, 63105.
Tickets are $20.00 for general admissions and $15.00 for artists, seniors, & students.
