Community Capital Event Series Pass
Bringing together forward-thinking regional funders, investors, business owners, and service providers, Community Capital: Seattle will explore pioneering efforts and lessons in community capital from here and around the country.
The series will identify the most promising strategies to increase local investment, including community-supported enterprises, triple-bottom-line banking and credit unions, slow money investing, cooperatives, local investment groups, lending circles, crowd funding, direct public offerings, and more.
Each month, we'll focus on a particular sub-topic and will include two events, one week apart: Part 1 will explore the topic at a national scale. Bring your lunch--we'll provide locally sourced coffee and pastries; Part 2 will dive into the topic as it's unfolding in the Pacific Northwest, featuring a panel of local experts and case studies, plus happy hour drinks and hearty snacks.
Special thanks to co-sponsor Bainbridge Graduate Institute; supporting sponsors BECU & Central Co-op; and in-kind sponsors Finnriver Cidery, Poverty Bay Coffee Company and Treveri Cellars.
