People have searched for the Fountain of Youth for centuries. Today, many people have even more of an obsession with youthfulness and vibrant health.
While most people search for external changes, there are clues to be found in the mind and emotions for extending youthfulness and vibrancy.
In this course you will look at an overview of aging and stereotypes, learn about psychoimmunology and the power of the mind and emotions to affect the body.
You will learn how new studies on the biology of aging corroborate these internal aspects of regaining youthfulness and rejuvenation. You will explore the opportunities for networking about helpful strategies and you will experience a guided visualization that can assist in healing emotions and shifts in attitudes and thinking.
This course may precipitate for you the transcending of old age-related concepts and health restrictions and begin the process of rejuvenation and radiance.
A clinical hypnotherapist for nearly 25 years, Barbara Lane, Ph.D, worked for the Center for Integrative Medicine connected with George Washington University Hospital., Washington,, D.C. for over a decade. A corporate trainer and motivational coach, she has studied the power of the mind and psychoimmunology for many years and has taught these workshops throughout North America.
