The Origins of Tiki: Part 2 with Bake Shop Tiki
Whether or not you took Part 1, please join us for this class focusing on the history and proper construction of Tiki classics! Picking up right where our last class left off, we will be discussing Donn Beachs original 1934 menu, the style differences between Donn and Trader Vic, all the way up to Pop Polynesia. Presented by Bake Shop Tiki: Stephen Kurpinsky and Dylan Duncan.
Using professional, locally designed bar tools from Standard Spoon and gorgeous glassware from Collins & Coupe, you will craft 2 cocktails during each 2 hour course.
