Marc's Shorts II, a collection of short plays by Marc Clopton
This collection of short plays by Marc Clopton covers a broad range of topics featuring archetypal characters from within our collective unconscious, historical characters full of cataclysmic desires, and contemporary folk with very recognizable fears and frustrations.
These plays range in length from eight to twenty minutes each and will be presented by gifted directors, and feature the very talented actors from our TASN community. Watch closely as Pope Julius II's afternoon delight turns into a foreboding prophecy, and consider the ramifications when Anger personified seeks council in Lucifer's den. In a café, Type A meets Recovering-people-pleaser, and in another, a young man consults his mentor as he faces meeting his father for the first time. The themes go on.
