Jefferson Jones + Chris Kee Presented by Avalon House Concerts
The Jones Gang Trio with guest Chris Kee is a special evolving configuration of musicians that has played for a couple of decades in the Bay Area. For this show, you will get a healthy dose of Chris Kee songs, complemented by tasty renditions of covers and other original old and new songs. Their music has been called High Octane Americana, but that really isnt a big enough box to describe it. Whatever you call it, it will be performed by some great musicians:
Travis Jones, acoustic and electric guitar, lead and background vocals The Soul Mountain, is the lead singer with a voice for the ages.
Henry Salvia, keyboards, accordion, lead and background vocals The Motor City Misfit, plays more notes than exist on the piano.
Sean Allen Master of The Telecaster guitar about as good as it gets, with beautiful solo improvisations.
Chris Kee SPECIAL GUEST on bass and vocals - Down from the Northwest for this show Primary songwriter for Houston Jones unique and original.
Please bring: Finger-food, desserts, and/or drinks to be shared with other guests before the show and at the break.
Doors open at 2PM. Show at 3PM. This is an indoor seated event.
