Learn the basics of silk and buckram hat making with milliner Shelly Jackson while making add-ons for your Halloween costume! In this class you will choose from a tiny witch hat, kitty ears or unicorn ears with a resin horn upgrade. Learn the basics of buckram millinery work and leave with a complete or nearly complete mini hat or ears and everything you need to finish it. Additional kits available for purchase for $15 to $35 depending on style. 3 hours.
