OBJECT OF HER AFFECTION:A reading of a new performance work Marsian DeLellis

Automata is hosting a reading of the script of Marsian Dellelis' new piece on Sunday, August 11, at 7:30 PM. This event is free for an invited audience.

This is a free event for invited guests (not a public event, so please don't post). Automata is committed to supporting the process of developing innovative, experimental work by artists working at the intersections of puppetry, objects, performance, art, and video. As part of this commitment, we feel it's essential to provide opportunities for artists during the development phase of the work. Your presence at this reading will give Marsian the opportunity to to hear the words out loud, and to have the response of an audience.

After the reading, you are welcome (but not obligated!) to stay and offer any response, feedback, or to ask questions.

We'll have a few refreshments to entice you as well.
