Curious Theatre Branch and Prop Thtr have teamed up for the world premiere of CLUMSY SUBLIME by Barrie Cole! Opening September 1 at the Prop Thtr, CLUMSY SUBLIME includes a stellar fringe cast, including Edward Thomas-Herrera, Vicki Walden, Jeffrey Bivens, Kelly Anchors, and super-talented newcomer Bailey Boyle.

SYNOPSIS: Delia imbues everyday objects with magical qualities and tries to sell them to her neighbors. Russell is stuck in the suburbs grieving the recent death of his mother and fretting over turning 50. When the two of them encounter an exquisite replication of "Excursion into Philosophy" by Edward Hopper, an unlikely friendship develops. CLUMSY SUBLIME is a play about astonishment, art, reality, aliveness, language, and seeing.
